MDP provided full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for the Modera Cherry Creek, a new 5-story, 136,600 SF market-rate multifamily building located at Madison and 2nd Street in Denver, Colorado. The building features wood construction over a 2-story concrete podium, which includes two levels of parking, one of which is below grade. The parking garage was designed with mechanical ventilation and lighting systems. The residential portion includes 100 units, with amenities such as a lobby and common space, fitness center, and rooftop deck.
