Hotel Teatro Steam Boiler

MDP provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services for Hotel Teatro, a luxury boutique hotel in downtown Denver, Colorado. Phase 1 consisted of an MEP due diligence study that included a comprehensive evaluation  of the existing building systems to identify major deficiencies and opportunities for energy efficiency improvements. MDP’s report outlined recommended upgrades along with a rough order-of-magnitude cost estimate to assist the client in planning for future improvements. Phase 2 involved the design for replacing the hotel’s existing steam heat exchangers for heating and domestic hot water systems with new tankless heaters, improving system efficiency and reliability while reducing operational costs.
