MDP is currently providing full Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing services for the new multifamily residential project located in Colorado Springs, CO. The project consists of two five-story Type III wood-frame wrap buildings, interconnected by a pedestrian bridge. Together, these buildings will house approximately 281 rental apartment units. The development will include significant resident amenities. At grade level, approximately 7,500 square feet of integrated space will be dedicated to leasing offices, a clubhouse, and co-working areas. Additionally, a 3,600-square-foot rooftop clubhouse will be located on the third floor, offering enhanced community and leisure space for residents. Parking will be accommodated in a precast concrete garage consisting of seven levels, providing a total of 325 parking spaces.
