MDP initially provided a Due Diligence Report for the CU Medicine Radiology space, consisting of approximately 4,600 rentable square feet. The primary goal of the report was to outline the existing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, identify any potential issues or deficiencies, provide recommendations for corrective action, and offer opinions of probable costs.
Following the due diligence phase, MDP provided full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design services for the tenant improvement project. The renovation was delivered as a tenant finish within an existing facility, with the design tailored to support the revised layout. Mechanical design involved modifications to the existing HVAC distribution, including the relocation and addition of air terminals and diffusers. Electrical design services included layout and circuiting for power and lighting systems, while plumbing design addressed the necessary connections and fixture layouts as coordinated with the architectural plans.
