MDP is providing design for a four-building mixed-use community in the Ralston Fields area of Arvada, featuring two three-story multifamily buildings totaling 195 for-rent apartments: 80 units in the north building and 115 units in the south building. The north building includes a resident amenity pool and courtyard features. The

development also includes two retail buildings totaling approximately 5,500 GSF, forming a retail park with a pocket park and food truck pads. MDP completed design and permitting for all four buildings.
