Moxy is a new, vibrant, and affordable boutique hotel brand offered by Marriott. Located in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood, the Denver Moxy is an 8 story tall with approximately 180 guest rooms, standard guest amenities, and two levels of underground parking. MDP Engineering provided mechanical design for this project on a design/build basis.

For this project, the owner wanted to invest in a highly efficient mechanical system. MDP selected a Variable Refrigerant Flow System which delivers extremely high efficiency by modulating the flow of refrigerant according to the exact demands of individual areas.
